  6.   Q:  I have my com port locked at 19200 bps (or 38400 bps, etc.)  Why does
  7.       TUQ display a different baud rate on the status bar?
  8.  
  9.   A:  TUQ only reports the TRUE baud rate of the caller on the status bar.  
  10.       It will use the locked baud rate, however, when communicating.  If
  11.       there is a problem, a symptom will be the user seeing nothing but
  12.       garbage on his or her end of the connection.

  15.   Q:  I had TUQ working at one point, but all of a sudden it began telling
  16.       me nothing but "Error Opening Port".  How do I get it to run again?

  18.   A:  If TUQ is running and is suddenly terminated (like when a window
  19.       crashes inside a multitasking environment), then it may not be able
  20.       to open the port due to a continuing "open" state.

  22.       To remedy the situation, simply turn off your computer (and modem,
  23.       if it is external) and restart the entire system.
